Notwithstanding the foregoing, PeptidePrice may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to enforce payment obligations, without the requirement of posting a bond. The user may seek injunctive relief only in Colorado state or federal courts.
